Currently, more than 23,000 students are enrolled at Strayer University in information technology and business-oriented programs. Undergraduate and graduate programs are available at 34 campuses in the District of Columbia, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Strayer University offers a variety of certificates and associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees in areas including business administration, management, marketing, information systems, human resource management, and accounting, among others. Responding to market demand, the University recently added many new certificates, degrees, and diplomas to its curriculum, including a number of technology programs such as: Database Technology, Internetworking Technology, Network Security, and Web Development. Strayer accommodates their busy adult students by offering programs at times and locations that make it convenient for even the tightest schedule. Classes are available in the evenings and on weekends. Classes meet once a week and are kept small so that students can participate more actively. All courses are also offered online via the Internet – a perfect option for those working adults who cannot attend class during traditional class times.
