Job Description:
The Computer Network Operations (CNO) mission has undergone a dramatic transformation due to the dynamic insertion of revolutionary information-based technologies throughout the evolving target environment. The magnitude of this change has had a profound effect on the critical skills required for today’s cryptologic workforce, especially those involved in and conducting the primary mission.  KeyW provides development and delivery of both Intermediate and Advanced Cyber training for classified and unclassified mission focused CNO/Cyber courses. 

Responsibilities
Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops. Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Education:??
Candidate's experience should be in the field of Windows, Unix, Networking or Security concepts.   
        •        Bachelors degree in Computer Science or directly related field and four (4) years of work experience or a Masters in Computer Science with two (2) years of work experience in Windows, Unix, Network or Security topic areas.
        •        In lieu of a Bachelors degree, a minimum of eight (8) years of applied, practical work experience, within the last ten (10) years, in Windows, Unix, Network or Security specific topic area 
        •        Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) years in preparing and presenting skill-based instruction to adults in the specified topic area to include facilitating student participation through role playing or operational simulations
        •        Formal, documented training in a web-based or distance-learning teaching technology, to include on line forums and multimedia presentations (e.g., Centra, Blackboard, Questionmark or SumTotal)
        •        Windows must include the following:
        ?        Knowledge of Windows concepts and terms
        ?        Experience with Windows operating systems (e.g., XP, Vista, 2000 or Windows 7)
        ?        Windows Kernel specifics
        ?        File systems, boot process, undocumented interfaces, memory management and internal architecture
        •        Unix must include the following:
        ?        Knowledge of Unix concepts and terms
        ?        Unix Kernel specifics
        ?        Memory management, file systems, process management and boot process
        •        Network work experience to include, six (6) years of combined experience in one (1) or more of the following:
        ?        Networking fundamentals
        ?        Internet working with TCP/IP
        ?        Network protocols
        ?        Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) modeling
        ?        WAN/LAN Protocols
        ?        Networking communication methods and Network Topologies
        ?        Digital/Telecommunications convergence
        ?        Certification in either CCNA or CCNP
        •        Security work experience to include, six (6) years of combined experience in one (1) or more of the following:
        ?        Packet Analysis
        ?        Incident handling/response
        ?        IDS/IPS and Malware analysis
        ?        Network and systems hardening
        ?        Software reverse engineering
        ?        Intrusion techniques and analysis
        ?        Intrusion methodology
        ?        Vulnerability research 
        ?        Level II DODI 8570.01M certification

This position requires that the candidate possess a Top Secret security clearance
