Description
Responsibilities
• Provide PC support to the PMO including: track and fulfill actions, prepare contract deliverables and ensure delivery, represent the PMO in customer and contract meetings, facilitate information gathering, and coordinate program related activities including resources, personnel, and schedules?
• Responsible for the physical and personnel security aspects as they relate to the Contracts' place of performance and technical staff.
?• CPRL Additions, deletions, and modifications, and delivery
• Indoctrination: Coordinate clearance transfer with corporate and customer security representatives, schedule in-briefs as appropriate
• Provide security overview for the place of performance: SCIF/Safe policies, afterhours access policies/procedures, adherence to customer security procedures
• Request and track accounts for new personnel once clearance transfers are complete
• Properly execute actions required for out processing when individuals leave the contract
• Track and monitor Visitor Requests for contract personnel and customers
• Conduct reviews of security logs and ensure procedures are followed as necessary
• Ensure accountability of all personnel is accomplished
• Review for security compliance and track commercial products that are entering the SCIFs
• Provide training to individuals that need to open and close SCIFs and safes
Qualifications
Inexperienced to experienced with limited to frequent use and application of technical standards, principles and theories. Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of routine to moderate scope/complexity. High school with 6+ years of experience, Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 0 – 4 years of experience, or a Master's with 0-2 years of experience.

• Flexibility with hours: may require call in afterhours to respond to security incidents
• High attention to detail
• Motivated self starter with the ability to look for ways to improve processes/procedures
• Proficient with MS Office (Work, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to grasp technical concepts
• Proactively identify actions and provide accurate, professional responses to the customer
• Track down information and prepare reports and/or briefs to send to the customer
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Strong organization skills
• Experience with meeting facilitation and recording minutes and actions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
