Contract Analyst

Key Role:

Support the acquisition decision making process of the organization by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed acquisition plans. Conduct market analysis, prepare economic analysis, resolve problems, coordinate solutions, and ensure an acquisition is compliant. Assist with the preparation of acquisition packages. Support the development of various documents necessary for the package preparation, including rationalization process, acquisition strategy, acquisition plan, requirement review and release for acquisition defense business information technology certification, pricing sheet, COR nomination letter, DoD contract security classification specification, quality assurance surveillance plans, and PWS. Host required meetings and forums, including the Contract Review Board Brief, to provide the stakeholders with increased visibility of planned acquisition activities. Analyze proposals and provide responses to the chief resource management client or resource management client contract specialist. Monitor and manage contract deliverables ensuring timely receipt of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) and government review and feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

-1 year of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with acquisition plans and market analysis

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Secret clearance
