Clinical System Operations Support Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide system operations services to all client program management offices (PMOs), including analyzing the development and management of all administrative processes and support for hardware and software to ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of service.  Analyze the development and management of processes for proactively monitoring and properly implementing alerts of all client IT infrastructure and application events throughout the event’s life cycle to ensure normal operations. Analyze the development and management of processes for handling and escalating all incidents. Analyze the establishment and execution of processes for management of problems regarding clinical support systems. Analyze the establishment and sustainment of the process for controlling access to data and information to ensure authorized users have timely access while preventing access by unauthorized users to clinical support systems, including providing project controller support for Identity Authentication Services (iAS). Provide project management support for Identity Authentication Services (iAS) product activities, including analyzing the design, development, testing, integration, implementation, and sustainment and providing technical assistance to the client's iAS project officer and manager with respect to design, development, deployment, and sustainment plans and activities. Analyze the establishment and sustainment of the process for identifying, controlling, managing, and protecting the integrity of all client commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software (SW) and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and manage the imaging and distribution of laptops to Tier III, security engineers, and IA staff.

Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with system operations, iAS management, and/or COTS software

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in the DoD

-Secret clearance
