Medical Logistics Information Management Requirements Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Assist with IM-level functional requirements identification, gathering, decomposition, and POM preparation. Leverage expertise in business process modeling, supply chain consulting, and Services and DHA stakeholder management. Supply relevant documentation to Military Health System Requirements Repository (MHSRR). Provide military medical logistics subject matter expertise to DML systems to assist the client Medical Logistics Division (MLD) in converting business process reengineering opportunities into IT capability initiatives that can be introduced into the MHS IT functional prioritization process. Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) work groups to identify and capture high-level capabilities and functional requirements.  Provide Information Assurance (IA) considerations and technical and system requirements for traceability and POM efforts in coordination with JMLFDC. Convert high-level functional statement and notes into high-level functional and technical requirements using industry best practices for writing high-level functional and technical requirements. Create Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Use Case, and Functional Requirements documentation as directed by MHS IM guidance.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with medical logistics

-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with military medical logistics

-Secret clearance
